Privacy
A site about working under a bad manager has an unusual obligation to be careful with who is reading it. Here is exactly what happens to your information.

The short version
- No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no pixels, no cookie banner — because there is nothing to consent to.
- We never sell, rent, or share your information, and we never contact your employer.
- The free audit runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted anywhere.
- We store the minimum needed to give you the course you bought and to answer your email.
The free Incompetence Audit
The audit is scored by JavaScript running on your own device. Your answers, your score, and your result are never sent to this site or to anyone else, and are gone when you close the tab. No email address is requested and none is required. If you are taking it on a work computer, understand the limit of that promise: we receive nothing, but your employer may still be able to see which pages you loaded.
When you buy a course
Stripe collects and processes your payment. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's checkout and never reach this site. Stripe sends us your email address, the amount, and what you bought; we store that, plus the courses you now have access to and the date. That record is what lets you sign back in, and it is kept for as long as you hold access plus the period tax law requires us to keep sales records.
Stripe processes your data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your full card number at any point.
When you email us
The contact form sends your name, address, chosen topic, and message to Dr. Molnar by email so that he can reply. That is the entire purpose. Your address is not added to any list. There is no marketing list.
Logs
Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived operational logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) as any web server does, to serve pages and stop abuse. We do not join those logs to your purchase, do not use them to build a profile, and do not consult them except when something is broken or being attacked.
Cookies
Exactly one, and only after you buy something: a signed cookie that keeps you signed in to your courses. It carries no advertising identifier and is readable by nobody but this site. Declining it simply means signing in again through your access link each time.
Your rights
Ask and we will tell you everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deletion removes your course access, which is the only reason the record exists — we will say so before doing it. If you are in the EU or UK, the lawful bases are contract performance for purchase records and legitimate interest for replying to your own email; if you are in California, we neither sell nor share personal information as those terms are defined, and never have.
Children
These courses are for working adults and the site is not directed to anyone under 16.
